Meet The Wechsler Team
Real estate transactions have become more and more multifaceted with each passing year. In order to provide you with efficient and effective service, we conceived our true "team" concept. This allows us to re-define Industry standards by focusing on you and your needs.
Bruce Wechsler
Bruce is a Listing Specialist, and he focuses his attention on negotiating contracts and inspections, as well as overall problem solving. He has been a Coloradoan for 27 years, living and owning properties in Evergreen, Littleton, Denver, Conifer and Bailey. He has been selling luxury homes since 1995. Bruce is a member of the prestigious "Institute for Luxury Home Marketing"®, and has been awarded "Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist" by the Institute. He was also certified as a Luxury Home Sales Specialist by Century 21® Fine Homes and Estates™ in 1996.
In 2006, Bruce was honored to be selected as a member of "The Real Estate Top Producers"®, a distinguished organization of the 325 top real estate agents in North America. As a consummate sales professional, Bruce receives continuing training from the #1 real estate sales trainer, Mike Ferry, through his One-On-One Coaching Program®.
Over the course of his career, Bruce has been a Top Producer at Century 21 Professionals, Cherry Creek Realtors SW, and currently at Landmark Brokers Realty SW. Bruce is a member of the Landmark Brokers Hall of Fame. He was selected to the elite Century 21® Professionals President´s Club. Bruce was honored as Rookie of the Year for both Century 21® Professionals and the Century 21® Mountain Region. He was also voted by his peers "Most Inspirational Realtor"®3 years in a row.
Bruce is on the role of approved real estate agents for the United States Bankruptcy Court. He has also been listed in "Who´s Who"®. For tens years, Bruce worked as a Volunteer Ski Instructor for deaf and developmentally disabled children at The National Sports Center For The Disabled®in Winter Park, Colorado.
Bruce holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa; a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and completed the post-graduate PIL Program at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He has authored two articles published in "The Creighton Law Review", and was an Associate Editor of "The Creighton Law Review." Bruce has retired from the practice of law, and devotes his business time to serving our clients in the listing and selling of real estate.
Bruce has a well-deserved reputation for conducting skillful negotiations on behalf of our clients. His extensive research, coupled with his strategic situational analysis, provides our clients with preeminent representation in every transaction.
Jackie Wechsler
Jackie is a Listing and Buyer Specialist. She concentrates her attention negotiating contracts and inspections, property search and showings, as well as overall problem resolution. She has been a Coloradoan for 30 years, living and owning properties in Evergreen, Littleton, Denver, Lakewood and Westminster. She has been selling luxury homes since 2002. Jackie is a member of the prestigious Institute For Luxury Home Marketing.

As a premier sales professional, Jackie receives continuing training from the #1 real estate sales trainer, Mike Ferry, through his One-On-One Coaching Program®.
From the very beginning of her professional sales career, Jackie has consistently been a Top Producer. Jackie is a member of the Landmark Brokers Hall of Fame. Her ardent desire to provide extraordinary service to our clients resulted in Jackie being selected as the "Landmark Brokers Client Service Award Winner."
Jackie is on the role of approved real estate agents for the United States Bankruptcy Court. She has also been listed in "Who´s Who"®. For ten years, Jackie worked as a Volunteer in the Rescue Mission Annual Thanksgiving/Christmas Food Distribution Drive.
Before becoming an accomplished real estate sales professional, Jackie was the Senior Vice-President of American Data Services, in Denver, Colorado. She also served as Senior Vice-President of Atlantic Finance Co. , in Lakewood, Colorado. Prior to that, Jackie was the Investment Account Manager for Janus Capital Corporation. In addition to her listing and selling duties, Jackie is also President of NorthStar Capital Mortgage.
Negotiator extraordinaire, Jackie tenaciously represents the best interests of our clients. Her standards are lofty, and so is her service.
Samantha Nguyen
Samantha is a licensed real estate broker. She is our Client Care Coordinator and Buyer Specialist. Samantha is outstanding in this capacity. She is prompt, informative and insightful. She will provide you with constant updates, so you have all the information you need. Samantha also oversees our feedback systems.
Before joining our team, Samantha earned degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Economics at the University of Colorado, in Boulder, Colorado. You will absolutely love her! All of our clients do!
Tri Nguyen
Tri (pronounced "tree"), is our Marketing and Internet Specialist. He oversees brochure design, as well as virtual tour and CD brochure creation. He handles our professional photography and advertising, too. Tri also manages our courier service.
Tri came to our team from the Investment Banking Industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Tri is invaluable to us, and he will be to you!
Stephen Siegel
Stephen is our Feedback Specialist. He obtains and confirms feedback from the many showings on our listings. Stephen join our team after a successful stint in the mortgage industry. His dedication to his job, and our clients, is exemplary.
Ari Wechsler
Ari is our Courier & Sign Service Specialist. A very personable young man, Ari will always greet you with a big smile. Ari handles local document, brochure and lock box pick-up and delivery. He also in charge of planting and retrieving yard signs. When you see Ari, say "Hi. "He will brighten your day!
Our Mascots
Shemp and Buttercup are our Team Mascots. Shemp is a male, mostly white, Wire-Hair (Fox) Terrier. Buttercup is a female, black and floppy, Cocker Spaniel. Watch out, they might lick you to death!
Bruce and Jackie -- Away From The Office
Away from the office, we are a fun-loving couple. We have four phenomenal children. Jennie is 21, Jessica is 19, Ari is 19 and Kaila is 16. We enjoy skiing, mountain biking, martial arts, yoga, swimming, music, movies, fishing, boating, softball, traveling and exotic cooking. We are voracious readers, always looking for good thoughts with which to fill our heads.
